  • 7 years research experience of biology on microbiology, biomolecules, botany, and agriculture.

  • 5+ years’ bioinformatics analysis. Raw gene sequences processing with MOTHER, QIIME, MG-RAST, STAMP.

  • Good writing skill in scientific paper and project report, and skill on statistical analysis with R program and JMP software.

  • Ability of design and manage greenhouse and field experiments, process and store samples properly.

  • Knowledge on laboratory safety and regulations (WHMIS), documentation procedures of reagents and solvents, inventory and order laboratory materials.
